Set in a residential area and flanked by Cyprus trees, this child friendly Croatia family villa is a well-appointed contemporary villa designed for comfort and sociable living. The villa has plenty to do once you tire of sunbathing by the pool, with a gym, pool table, darts, table tennis, sauna, summer BBQ, home cinema/games console room and for the children there is a play area and pool inflatables.

The 4 bedrooms give flexibility in sleeping arrangements as two of them have single beds. All the bedrooms, living area and cinema room have Smart TVs.

The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with all the features you’d expect from a modern villa. It is fully air-conditioned, with 5 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, and one having a bath with the rest having walk-in showers.

There is an indoor dining area and a veranda with a dining table for alfresco meals, or maybe dine around the pool, near the BBQ.

Location Overview

The location of this villa in Dubrovnik Croatia is wonderful – Zaton is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. It has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! The sea in Zaton is a particularly vivid colour and Zaton was a favourite of the old Dubrovnik aristocratic families who used to holiday there.

When you want to go to the beach, this is just 700m away, and the nearest restaurant is 50m with more 700m. Food shopping is just 1km and your must-do sightseeing trip to Dubrovnik is 12-15km.
