Villa Overview
Villa Sky is a beautiful modern Hvar villa with pool having wonderful views over Hvar town and the little islands beyond – its serene vistas mean instant relaxation.
The villa is in a great location in a quiet residential area, the villa is just a 10-minute downhill walk into the centre of vibrant Hvar, but with the beach, restaurant, and food shop, even closer. It makes a lovely family villa, or for a group of friends, within easy reach of everything.
The spectacular master bedroom boasts expansive sea views through the large windows which open onto the balcony. The view is shared from both the super-comfy large bed and a freestanding bath.
The French doors from the stylish open plan living area slide back to bring the outside in, revealing the large veranda complete with dining table and lounge furniture. This merges into the pool terrace with sun-loungers complete with pool towels, ready for your swim. A built-in gas BBQ completes the outside area.

Location Overview
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, but is an easy walk from the villa into the town on foot, and only 10-15 minutes to reach the beach, so when you tire of lazing around the pool and soaking in the amazing sea views, you won’t have to expend too much energy in getting to the fine restaurants, charming shops, lively clubs, and lovely beaches of Hvar town.
Hvar is well-known for its record breaking number of sunny days – even when the mainland is cloudy, Hvar is sunny! The bay areas around the town are very beautiful, leading to Hvar being a fashionable holiday location for many years. Today it is the most well-known and the most sought-after of the Croatian islands with its piazzas and café culture, historic buildings and amazing views of the stunning archipelago of Pakleni islands just off the coast. The popular nightlife scene of Hvar town has developed over time and Hvar Town is a favourite with the rich and famous and many yachts moor in its harbour with celebrities often reported to be in town!
