It’s just minutes from the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll into the village, where you’ll find a bakery, bars, numerous restaurants, bike hire and small supermarkets. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, all en-suite – two of the bedrooms also have the addition of a single sofa bed. Downstairs is open plan with large windows letting in plenty of light and making the most of the stunning views. The kitchen has everything you need from coffee maker to wine fridge. The large comfortable lounge area has a flat screen sat TV, DVD & Blu ray player, games console etc There is also a great well equipped fitness room and table tennis so you can work off some energy. In fact everything has been arranged to make the guest as comfortable as can be. From soft towels to fluffy robes in the bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi and free parking. A pre-arrival shop can be arranged, so you can relax and hit the sun lounger straight away! For larger families/groups the sister villa next door is also available to rent – Villa Vitae also has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests.Accommodation

Location Overview
Sutivan is located on the north-west corner of Brac and dates back to the 6th Century. It’s an elegant place and becoming known for its luxury villas and smart set.
Very popular with hikers and cyclists it has several beaches, crystal clear sea and even a petting zoo.
Every July there is a festival called ‘Vanka regule ‘ which is an extreme sports festival and loads of fun. Join in the cycle race which is slightly crazy – part of it is cycling off the cliff into the sea! Or there is free climbing up the local church spire or cheer the contestants on in the paddle board and kayak races – there are photo exhibitions and impromptu film screenings and just a great atmosphere.
Try your hand at windsurfing or diving, rent a boat to find exclusive coves, or just rent a bike and find a route to suit, as there are plenty to choose from. Sutivan has become quite the centre for cycling on the island, so it is well provisioned with bike rental outlets, bike tours and bike-friendly restaurants and cafes.
Afterwards, relax in one of the numerous restaurants there is everything from sushi and pizza to fresh seafood and grills to enjoy before making your way home to your Croatia modern villa with pool.
Nearby Supetar is where the main Split to Brac ferries arrive. Here you’ll find larger supermarkets and even a cinema and more going on for the youngsters.
