Villa Panorama is a sea edge luxury villa, beautifully designed to maximise on its location. Staff include the villa manager who is always available to assist you, or to help with organising food, boat trips and other activities, and daily cleaners who come for a couple of hours to tidy up and make the beds. This should leave you to focus on relaxing during your hard-earned vacation.
The 5 double bedrooms are adorned with luxury linen and bespoke bedroom furniture and the 6 bathrooms have beautiful Italian fittings. One of the bedrooms has a child’s room attached with single bed.
When you are not lazing by the infinity pool or in the Jacuzzi, or taking a refreshing dip in the Adriatic, why not be entertained in the media room with its 2m wide satellite TV or have a game of fuss ball (table football), or perhaps you need to work off that amazing meal you had last night in the sauna or gym, or book a massage?
Two well-equipped kitchens (Miele appliances) ensure your basic culinary needs are met, perhaps cooked by the villa’s own chef when booked. The villa has a well-stocked cellar with wine available at cost price to guests.
When you need to break free from the villa, Brac is waiting for you to explore, so the villa’s resident boat and skipper can be available to take you to many local destinations for sightseeing and meals.
What to expect at Villa Panorama, a luxury Brac island villa:
Upon arrival there is a generous welcome pack with fresh local produce e.g., milk, butter, breads, cold meats, cheese, jams, honey, juice, pasta, olive oil etc. You will find the drinks cabinet with many different liquors for your use complimentary, as well as all the starter condiments. There is always a drinks’ fridge full of cold beer, wine and soft drinks – this is charged at cost, for what you use, at the end of your stay.
Whilst the two local villages have a number of small supermarkets and fresh markets to purchase all your groceries as well as a number of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants, the kitchen is very well equipped with all your gourmet supplies.
Location Overview
Sumartin Bay together with its exclusive district of Puntinak, is fast gaining a reputation of low-key luxury. With high end villas and an instant island escape feel, you can just arrive and relax with everything you might need or want on hand. With striking bright turquoise bays and crescent beaches, beach bars, a little town with water’s edge eateries, stunning views and vistas to the mainland, there’s much to like! Puntinak has a handful of luxury villas tucked away in its cosy coves just around the bay from Sumartin Town. The area is perfect for exploring by boat or bike (or hire an electric bike!) – and with beaches below the villas, a boat mooring is an added bonus with many of the villas here.

Concierge Services at the Villa

An array of Additional Services are available at the villa – they are supplied by the villa owner or arranged by the villa concierge with local 3rd party suppliers, and are bookable via the villa Concierge directly with the villa owner before or on your arrival at extra cost:
Transfers
To get you from Split airport, the villa offers private boat transfers direct to the villa for up to 12 guests – what a way to arrive, with villa staff waiting on the jetty to welcome you! This is a flat fee of €750 each way (2024 price).
Catering
A caterer can be arranged who comes to the villa upon request and prepares delicious local fresh food (pasta, seafood, meats on the BBQ) which can be decided on a daily basis. The cost for this (2024 prices) is Breakfast €15 per person, Lunch €35 per person and Dinner €45 per person. This is a full service with table laid, waiter service and clearing up.
Yoga Instructor
The villa can also arrange a fantastic yoga teacher who is also a great masseuse. The rate per hour in 2024 is €65, and this is booked once at the villa.
Boat with Skipper
The villa has a brand-new power boat made by a longstanding family of boatbuilders from Split, Croatia, called Colnago, which can be hired with its licenced skipper – 2024 price of €950 per day. The villa also has a Four Winns from the USA and an Axopar from Finland, complete with all the water “toys” perfect for water sports or longer day trips around the Adriatic (the villa is only licensed to have the boats on the water with the villa’s skippers). 2024 price is €750 per day including skipper, plus the cost of the fuel (this price is more reasonable to other companies in the region which also charge for cleaning and pick up, plus it is most convenient to have the boat right outside the villa). The villa’s licensed skippers are very experienced. They can assist with water skiing, dolphin watching, hidden beachfront restaurants and wonderful day trips in the area. The boat legally holds 12 people.

Concierge Services at the Villa – All Concierge Services (for example catering, cooking, breakfast, car hire, transfers, excursions etc) are provided on request by the owner of Villa Oceanfront, or 3rd party suppliers organised by the villa owner, and not by Croatia Gems. If you are interested in any of these “Additional Services”, just let us know and we will pass on your request to the villa owner. Or feel free to request them on arrival directly from the villa owner. These Additional Services are provided/arranged by the villa owner and they may use 3rd party suppliers to provide the service.

All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year.
