Villa Oceanfront is a super luxury Brac island villa set right on the sea edge and beautifully designed to maximise on its location. Staff include the villa manager who is always available to assist you, or to help with organising food, boat trips and other activities, and daily cleaners who come for a couple of hours to tidy up and make the beds. This should leave you to focus on relaxing during your hard-earned vacation.

Complete with the best quality new beds, stone bathrooms with Phillip Starke white ware, large French doors, stone floors, antique fireplace, Juliette balconies, and new fully equipped kitchens, makes the villa a most desirable luxury villa.
If you choose to drag yourself away from relaxing on the many terraces found around the pool and sea edge, to be more active, as the villa is right on the Adriatic, you have many water sports on your doorstep, such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, all of which can be arranged by the villa managers who are available for up to eight hours per day. The villa has two kayaks and two bikes as well as a table tennis, and stand-up paddle boards. Boat mooring is also available.
The villa has 6 double bedrooms, with 3 of these having an additional single bed should you require more flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The villa also has a baby’s cot in one of the bedrooms.
Villa Oceanfront is arranged over three levels, connected by internal stairs. The villa is entered through the middle level where there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an ‘entertainment room’ with satellite TV and DVD’s, and many games including table tennis. You’ll find three terraces on this level.
The top floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus there is also a full kitchenette and sitting area with plasma TV/DVD/satellite as well as two terraces. CD players and iPod docks are available throughout the villa.
On the ground floor you will find one large bedroom suite with king sized bed, bathroom and sitting area, together with a comfortable day bed and French doors leading to the terraces.
The main kitchen and dining room are on this level as well as a sitting room with its lovely antique stone fireplace. Generous bi-fold doors around the whole ground floor can be pushed back, bringing the outside in.
What to expect at Villa Oceanfront, a luxury Brac island villa:
Upon arrival there is a generous welcome pack with fresh local produce e.g., milk, butter, breads, cold meats, cheese, jams, honey, juice, pasta, olive oil etc. You will find the drinks cabinet with many different liquors for your use complimentary, as well as all the starter condiments. There is always a drinks’ fridge full of cold beer, wine and soft drinks – this is charged at cost, for what you use, at the end of your stay.
Whilst the two local villages have a number of small supermarkets and fresh markets to purchase all your groceries as well as a number of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants, the kitchen is very well equipped with all your gourmet supplies.

Concierge Services at the Villa
An array of Additional Services are available at the villa – they are supplied by the villa owner or arranged by the villa concierge with local 3rd party suppliers, and are bookable via the villa Concierge directly with the villa owner before or on your arrival at extra cost:
Transfers
To get you from Split airport, the villa offers private boat transfers direct to the villa for up to 12 guests – what a way to arrive, with villa staff waiting on the jetty to welcome you! This is a flat fee of €750 each way (2024 price).
Catering
A caterer can be arranged who comes to the villa upon request and prepares delicious local fresh food (pasta, seafood, meats on the BBQ) which can be decided on a daily basis. The cost for this (2024 prices) is Breakfast €15 per person, Lunch €35 per person and Dinner €45 per person. This is a full service with table laid, waiter service and clearing up.
Yoga Instructor
The villa can also arrange a fantastic yoga teacher who is also a great masseuse. The rate per hour in 2024 is €65, and this is booked once at the villa.
Boat with Skipper
The villa has a brand-new power boat made by a longstanding family of boatbuilders from Split, Croatia, called Colnago, which can be hired with its licenced skipper – 2024 price is €950 per day. The villa also has a Four Winns from the USA and an Axopar from Finland, complete with all the water “toys” perfect for water sports or longer day trips around the Adriatic (the villa is only licensed to have the boats on the water with the villa’s skippers). 2024 price is €750 per day including skipper, plus the cost of the fuel (this price is more reasonable to other companies in the region which also charge for cleaning and pick up, plus it is most convenient to have the boat right outside the villa). The villa’s licensed skippers are very experienced. They can assist with water skiing, dolphin watching, hidden beachfront restaurants and wonderful day trips in the area. The boat legally holds 12 people.

If you are interested in any of these “Additional Services”, just let us know and we will pass on your request to the villa owner. Or feel free to request them on arrival directly from the villa owner. These Additional Services are provided/arranged by the villa owner and they may use 3rd party suppliers to provide the service.

All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year. “Good morning Helen,
I can’t say enough about our stay at the beautiful villa, I don’t think I would change a thing except perhaps stay longer next time. We found the villa to be very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I wasn’t sure that we would enjoy a villa on the island Brac, but actually loved the location. We were in a quiet community, with no need to lock our doors, reasonable traffic, but could easily access good restaurants, shops etc.
An absolutely huge plus was Milka our concierge! She was attentive, helpful and an absolutely lovely person, I really can’t say enough. She seemed to know everyone and was able to help us out nearly daily with reservations, knowing where to get the best meat, fish and freshest fruits and vegetables, helping make our stay seamless. The ladies that came in daily to tidy up were also very pleasant and helpful.
We love the Adriatic and had rented a boat from Stipe Thomas that was perfect for our group, this allowed us to access other spots on the island and the island of Hvar, super fun. We also fished but weren’t terribly successful, as freshwater fishermen (when we are at home) we found the “methods” quite different. Milka arranged for our most disappointed fisherman to go one day and fish with a local fisherman. He learned a lot and had a very enjoyable time, another plus.
