Villa Mila is a truly lovely luxury Croatia island villa, beautifully designed and with the finest furnishings and fittings, and topped off with original artwork sourced from around the world. With a full concierge service and complement of staff, you can sit back and enjoy everything this sea-edge villa and all the beautiful island has to offer.

All six bedrooms are en-suite and have a private terrace and, given four of the double beds (all king-size) can be separated, this lends flexibility to the sleeping arrangements. As you would expect, the villa is supplied with a high-speed internet connection throughout the property, and up-to-the-minute audio (Sonos sound system with Bose speakers) and visual technology. There are a lot of features to engage all guests including a boat dock/jetty for free mooring, a well-equipped gym, sauna with infra-red therapy, games room with billiard/snooker table, 2 kayaks, bicycles, wine cellar, and of course, a fabulous infinity pool with ample sunbathing terracing and shaded lounging areas.

The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances allowing you or your chef to enjoy meal preparation.

Location Overview

Sumartin Bay is a lovely island escape… Situated at one end of the Island of Brac, charming and beautifully authentic Sumartin Town sits on the waters’ edge. With pretty little beaches and a selection of sea edge restaurants, it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Puntinak is just around the bay from the town itself and is home to cozy coves, beach-side and luxury villas. Wander to the local bistro, relax at one of the beach bars or luxuriate in the heavenly turquoise bays!

Selca is nearby with more local amenities and coffee shops or hop on a ferry to Makarska for a day trip! There’s also Bol a short drive away if you want to get out and explore.

If you are interested in any of these “Additional Services”, just let us know and we will pass on your request to the villa owner. Or feel free to request them on arrival directly from the villa owner. These Additional Services are provided/arranged by the villa owner and they may use 3rd party suppliers to provide the service.

Villa Prices

All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year. For an accurate quote, please enquire and confirm price before booking.

• Tourist Tax: A tax is imposed by the local tourist authority and this may be payable on arrival at the following approximate amounts: EUR 1.32 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.66 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
