Villa Mar Escape is a family villa in the perfect location for enjoying the beach as well as exploring – situated in a private location, if you can tear yourself away from this well-designed modern Split area villa, you’ll find beaches and restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk. The villa is arranged over three floors, with generous-sized accommodation comprising 4 en-suite bedrooms split between the pool-terrace level and the top floor, all accessed by internal stairs. This bedroom arrangement would be ideal for two families sharing the villa. It also has a large open plan living/dining /kitchen at the middle floor offering super views. Everyone’s needs have been thought of in the main well-equipped kitchen, from the experienced cook to those who just want a well-made coffee! Outside is a covered outside dining area next to the BBQ and outside Summer Kitchen. We expect this area with its amazing sea views to be well used! The pool in this modern Split area villa is a decent length for expending some calories and has shallow steps at one end to allow little ones to sit, play and paddle. Sun loungers are complemented by ample sunbathing opportunities on the cushioned raised areas beside the pool.Accommodation
