Each villa has 3 double bedrooms, all en-suite – two of the bedrooms in each villa also have the addition of a single sofa bed, useful for a couple with a young child, or to give extra bed spaces.

The villas are pretty much identical – the living room (pool) level being open plan with large windows  letting in plenty of light and making the most of the stunning views. Well-equipped kitchens have everything you need from coffee maker to wine fridge. The large comfortable lounge areas have flat screen sat TV, DVD & Blu ray player, games console etc.

Whilst these Croatia villas with pool have two of everything, the ground floor terraces are connected, so you can wander between the two to socialise. Well-equipped fitness rooms and table tennis so you can work off some energy. Elsewhere, everything has been arranged to make the guest as comfortable as can be. From soft towels to fluffy robes in the bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi and free parking. A pre-arrival shop can be arranged, so you can relax and hit the sun lounger straight away! These Croatia modern villas with pool are of stylish, contemporary design, with stunning views across to the mainland.  Just minutes from the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll into the village around the harbour, where you’ll find a bakery, bars, numerous restaurants, bike hire and small supermarkets. For larger supermarkets head into nearby Supetar or hop on the ferry to Split for the street markets.

Location Overview

Sutivan is located on the north-west corner of Brac and dates back to the 6th Century. It’s an elegant place and becoming known for its luxury villas and smart set.

Very popular with hikers and cyclists, it has several beaches, crystal clear sea and even a petting zoo. Also, for the children there is a park with a variety of climbing frames and a slide.

Every July there is a festival called ‘Vanka regule ‘ an extreme sports festival and great fun. Join in the cycle race which is slightly crazy – part of it is cycling off the cliff into the sea! Or there is ‘free climbing’ up the local church spire. And paddle board and kayak races etc – there are photo exhibitions and impromptu film screenings and just a great atmosphere.

Locally you can try your hand at windsurfing or diving, rent a boat to find exclusive coves, or just rent a bike and find a route to suit, and there are plenty to choose from. Sutivan has become quite the centre for cycling on the island, so it is well provisioned with bike rental outlets, bike tours and bike-friendly restaurants and cafes.

Afterwards, relax in one of the numerous restaurants there is everything from sushi and pizza to fresh seafood and grills to enjoy before making your way home to your Croatia villas with pool.

Nearby Supetar is where the main Split to Brac ferries arrive. Here you’ll find larger supermarkets and even a cinema and more going on for the youngsters.

Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year.
