Villa Overview

Dubrovnik Villa, Villa Flora, is a lovely old Croatia beach villa in Mlini, near Dubrovnik – built in the 16th century it is now a sea side summer house set in a Mediterranean walled garden, superbly placed to make the most of the surrounding area.

With this centrally located luxury Croatia beach villa Mlini you have the best mix of being sea side yet with easy reach of Dubrovnik.

In addition to having a beach directly in front of the residence, and two more beaches close by, there is a private pool in the garden. The garden features a variety of Mediterranean vegetation (palm trees, cypress, olives, mimosa and seasonal flowers). This walled garden, which is completely private, has won prizes several times for being the most beautiful garden in the region! A BBQ/grill and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden. From the kitchen you can walk out onto a spacious and pretty terrace which looks out on to the sea and little beach next to the property.

The entire villa is air-conditioned, has LCD TV with satellite TV, and wireless Internet.

On the first floor the main entrance door leads into a hallway followed by a spacious living room. The living room is decorated with antique furniture and equipped with Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. From the living room, you enter into the dining room and kitchen with a dining table seating 10 persons. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, wine fridge. Both the dining room and the kitchen have access to the terrace with a breath-taking view of the bay. On the terrace there is a table seating 10 persons for alfresco dining, and sun chairs on the terrace.

At the second floor (first & second floors are separated by external staircase): the main entrance door leads into a hallway which leads to 4 double bedrooms. Two double bedrooms can accommodate additional bed for children. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Each room has a sea view.

The basement is divided into a laundry room, toilet and garage. The 20 sq m garage also has two parking spaces in front of it.
