Villa Overview

This large Brac villa is the perfect holiday villa to share with friends and family, giving you the privacy of your own suite, but with a wealth of communal facilities in which to enjoy your group’s company – Villa Dia is set in a verdant area of Supetar, with sea views, and easy access to all the amenities you need for your holiday.

This holiday villa to share has the best of both worlds – a large Brac villa with 6 suites and 1 twin en-suite bedroom, to sleep up to 14 guests, but with a spacious open plan lounge with a grand piano and dining area, a separate cinema room and well-equipped kitchen.  The pool is surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean shrubs – it can be heated outside of the peak summer months (please enquire). Together with a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and fabulous summer kitchen (outside) and dining terrace, make this a super large Brac villa, and just 100m from the beach! Maid/concierge service is included in the price.

• Suites: this large Brac villa has 6 suites – each sleeping 2 guests and are between 30 – 60 sqm in size. Each has 1 double bedroom with bathrobes and hairdryers, and bathroom (either with with bath and separate shower, bath with shower over or walk in shower). All have air-conditioning and a private terrace. The Master suite is at the 1st floor level: its bedroom is at a mezzanine level, so separated from the spacious living area. The master suite has 2 bathrooms (1 x bath; 1 x shower) and a larger terrace with sea view. In addition there a standard twin bedroom with bathroom added on the ground floor.

Location Overview

Supetar is a charming location with a fantastic coastline and is also where the ferry comes in from Split so conveniently placed for getting there and island hopping. Supetar is the largest town on the island (even though it is actually a small town!) but it does mean it has a range of excellent restaurants, café bars and activities to enjoy, and even a cinema.
