Villa Overview

Villa Cavtat is a stunning Cavtat family villa situated just above the old town in beautiful Cavtat – about 5 minutes from the centre of the bay and sea edge!

This Stunning Cavtat family Villa is in a great location, just a short walk from the main Cavtat Bay and views to the lovely old town of Cavtat. The villa with pool is simply gorgeous & there are beautiful views from the balconies over the bay…

The villa has a lovely interior offering a chic yet relaxed & comfortable environment for the most discerning guests. With generous internal accommodation surrounded by beautiful gardens, three furnished terraces, a traditional stone BBQ, private entrance and parking spaces, this is a villa to enjoy. There is air-conditioning throughout (9 units in total).

Villa Cavtat has 6 double bedrooms – one with an extra single bed, one with a double bed that can be separated, and should you need additional beds, then there is a double sofa bed in the suite (see below).

One of the bedrooms is in a self-contained, but connected, light-filled, one-bedroom suite, perfect perhaps for grandparents wishing to have the option for quiet time away from the group, the bride and groom if the guests are attending the wedding, or maybe for a couple with a baby, mindful that they do not want to disturb the rest of the party with night feeds! The fully air-conditioned suite comprises a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, well-equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining area incorporating a double sofa bed, and which has patio doors opening onto a terrace with lovely sea view, and a small lawned garden.

The pool heating system means that the stunning Cavtat family villa can now be enjoyed all year round. There is an additional charge for this between 20th May – 30th September, so please do ask for details.

Accommodation

The main living area with great sized terrace which has beautiful old town views. The Kitchen/diner also has French windows to the terrace

Ground floor:

• Sun-filled kitchen area opening onto a large panoramic terrace – outdoor dining table. The kitchen is equipped with quality steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and also features coffee machine, kettle and a toaster.
• The living area is elegantly decorated in soft neutral shades and tasteful antique furnishings. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a large plasma with satellite reception, computer and free wi-fi coverage throughout the villa.
• Family room for three. (Baby cots and high feeding chairs available upon request)
• En-suite master bathroom is centre pieced with a vintage self-standing bathtub
• Self-contained 1 bedroom suite, with kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden
• Utility room with washing machine

Upper floor:

• 4 bedrooms (Two double sea-view rooms with balconies, one double garden-view room and one bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into twin beds -each 90x200cm)
• Each bedroom comes with en-suite bathroom, (4 with showers & one with bath with a handheld shower attachment) wardrobe, AC and ventilation.

Location Overview

Cavtat Bay is a lovely location to spend a holiday and can cater for all your needs – fantastic local restaurants, cosy bars, and lots of water sports on offer, and there is even an outdoor cinema planned to open in 2021! Boat trips are also available to nearby islands and there are many beautiful swimming spots in the bay. There’s also a water taxi over to the Old Town of Dubrovnik and many villages to explore along the Dubrovnik Riviera like Mlini Bay and Plat Bay.

Villa Prices

All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year. For an accurate quote, please enquire and confirm price before booking.

• Prices are based on 13 people. Additional guests are charged at 40 Euros per person, per night each.
• Baby cot + highchair available available in main villa and in suite.
• All accommodation units are completely equipped, including towels, + linen.
• The pool is not available for heating between May 20th and September 20th, but it can be heated between these dates at additional charge (in 2025 this will be €30 per day)
• Additional accommodation may be available in the adjoining property (please enquire) –

• Tourist Tax: A tax is imposed by the local tourist authority and this may be payable on arrival at the following approximate amounts: EUR 1.32 per person, per night for adults; EUR 0.66 per night for guests aged 12-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
