The villa is a short drive from the sea, beaches and restaurants at the Sun Gardens Resort below, in the beautiful, calm bay of Orasac… This stunning 4 bedroom Dubrovnik Villa is the perfect place to relax with your family; every detail has been thought of carefully to ensure the guests are totally relaxed during their stay.
There is an attractive pool at this 4 bedroom Dubrovnik villa, with plenty of lounging places, complete with wonderful Mediterranean views out over the coast and nearby islands. There’s also a traditional, fully equipped, Croatian summer kitchen with fireplace for cooking superb BBQ’s, for those warm alfresco holiday evenings.
This property is best suited for guests with a car as there are no amenities within immediate walking distance. However, it is possible to take a taxi to/from Old Town at a cost of about £25 each way for up to 6 people, or about £42 each way for 7-10 people. The famous Old town of Dubrovnik can be reached within a 20 minute drive from the villa.

Location Overview
The location is wonderful – Orasac is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. It has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! Zaton village is a 5 minute drive with a shop/post office (ATM) restaurants and café’ bars, but there is a wonderful domestic restaurant just 200m from the villa.
Should you wish for some diversion, the Sun Gardens Resort is just down below in the bay with beaches, pools and restaurants, and you can book in to use the sports and Spa facilities as a non-resident.
The villa is also only 30 minutes drive (10km) from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea, and having fresh fish BBQs then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning old town or take a trip to one of the near by islands.
Dubrovnik is the most well known destination on the Dubrovnik Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places worth a visit, Cavtat Bay, Konavle, Mlini Bay on the other side of Dubrovnik, and the wonderful Elaphiti islands of Kolocep and Lopud. The wine region of the Peljesac Peninsula is also on your doorstep here along with the Islands of Korcula and Mljet… Great food, stunning views and wonderful sea-side locations and beaches – this is a real gem…

All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year.
