Villa Layout
The villa is arranged over 3 levels:
- Top floor (entry level): Upon entering the villa, you arrive at the top floor where there are 4 en-suite bedrooms.
- Middle floor: An internal staircase leads down to the middle level, where there is a spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, as well as one additional en-suite bedroom. This level opens through large glass walls onto the terrace with the al fresco dining area and BBQ.
- Pool level: From the middle floor terrace, external stairs (there is no internal access) lead down to the lower pool level, where you will find the pool terrace and swimming pool, and indoors on this level there is also the summer kitchen.
Location Overview
The location is wonderful – Orasac is a picturesque and charming little village on the coast, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. The Sun Gardens Resort is just down below with lovely beach and a selection of restaurants. Nearby Zaton has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine! Zaton village is a 5 minute drive with a shop/post office (ATM) restaurants and café bars.
The villa is also only 30 minutes drive (10km) from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so a marvellous diversion from the pool, sauna or beach. Maybe take a trip to one of the near by islands or the pretty, sheltered beach of Stikovica Bay is a lovely place to spend the day.
Dubrovnik is the most well known destination on the Dubrovnik Riviera with its famous medieval walled town, but there are many other beautiful and interesting places worth a visit, Cavtat Bay, Konavle, Mlini Bay on the other side of Dubrovnik, and the wonderful Elaphiti islands of Kolocep and Lopud. The wine region of the Peljesac Peninsula is also on your doorstep here along with the Islands of Korcula and Mljet… Great food, stunning views and wonderful sea-side locations and beaches – this is a real gem…

Villa Prices
All prices are in EUROS per villa per week, unless otherwise stated (you can choose to see an indicative price in GBP based on the current exchange rate): Most villas and apartments are booked by the week – please ask about booking less than 7 nights. Where short stays are possible, there is a 30% supplement for stays of 3 nights or less. Please note that prices may not be 100% accurate for dates outside of the current calendar year. For an accurate quote, please enquire and confirm price before booking.
