Villa on Brac – Sutivan family villa – a beautiful Croatia modern luxury villa with 3 bedrooms on the outskirts of Sutivan on the lovely island of Brac – this stylish new build villa has with super sea views across to the mainland.

The beach is just minutes from this Croatia modern luxury villa and it’s just a 10-15 – minute stroll into the main part of the village set around the harbour, where you’ll find a selection of restaurants and bars, bakery, bicycle hire and small supermarkets.
The villa has 3 double en-suite bedrooms, with two of these also having a useful single sofa bed.
Large French windows downstairs let in plenty of light to the open plan living area and making the most of the stunning views. The well- equipped kitchen has everything you need from a coffee maker to a wine fridge – useful depending on the time of day!
The spacious, comfortable lounge area should be a hit, with its flat screen sat TV, DVD & PlayStation etc, although all bedrooms have a TV, so a bit of peace can be had away from the gaming.
If you need to work off some energy, the fitness room is the place for you, or maybe take on a table tennis challenge with the children! With soft towels to fluffy robes in the bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi and free parking, the guest has been thought of. So you can arrive and instantly feel at home, just ask for a shop to be arranged for your arrival at this Croatia modern luxury villa.

Location Overview
Dating back to the 6th Century, Sutivan is located in the north-west corner of Brac island. It’s an elegant place and becoming known for its luxury villas and ‘smart set’ visitors. It’s laid back though, and given the amazing beauty of the landscape it’s very popular with hikers and cyclists and the town has several beaches, crystal clear sea and even a petting zoo.
The ‘Vanka regule‘ festival takes place in July, which is a festival showcasing extreme sports and can be loads of fun. Join in the cycle race which is slightly crazy – part of it is cycling off the cliff into the sea! Or there is free climbing up the local church spire or perhaps it’s safer to cheer the contestants in the paddle board and kayak races. There are photography exhibitions and impromptu film screenings and just a great atmosphere.
Trying your hand at windsurfing or diving is easy to do here. Maybe rent a skippered boat to find exclusive coves, or just rent a bike and find a route to suit, as there are plenty to choose from. Sutivan has become quite the centre for cycling on the island, so you’ll find it’s got several bike rental shops, bike tours available and bike-friendly restaurants and cafes.
Afterwards, relax in one of the several restaurants where you can find everything from sushi and pizza to fresh seafood and grills to enjoy before making your way home to your Croatia Modern Luxury Villa.
Nearby Supetar is where the main Split to Brac ferries arrive. It’s a larger centre so you’ll find more amenities and larger supermarkets – even an outdoor cinema – plus more going on for the youngsters.
